Sire: Hulk

Hulk. Hulk is a whole bear of a dog, there is certainly no one like him.  When you walk this beautiful boy, make no mistake about it, heads turn.  Gorgeous graphite grey, with a white cross on his chest (usually called a tuxedo coat), he makes everyone he comes across remember him.  Curious about him?  Check out “About Us” tab and scroll down.

Dam: Karma

Karma. Karma is very special to us. It took 5–7 years of hard work and multiple litters to finally produce a female of this quality. She is the pride of our kennel and represents its future, as we will select the next generation of breeding stock from the puppies she produces.

The Puppies

Here we will be providing information and updates on puppies as they occur.

3/16/2026 - end of March - multiple progesterone blood tests performed to identify best dates for the insemination.

Then two stages of breeding were performed: surgical insemination on 3/31/2026 and then trans-cervical insemination on 4/1/2026.

4/22/2026 - blood test shows 56.77 progesterone, a great number for a pregnancy. At this point ultrasound is a bit early (about 22 days), so no significant findings when performed, any puppies are too small to show up.

4/29/2026 - repeat ultrasound shows that Karma is pregnant. Too early to tell how many puppies. Repeat ultrasound to monitor pregnancy is in a week. There will be more ultrasounds as needed to ensure healthy pregnancy, with an X-ray around day 55 of the pregnancy with a C-section to follow shortly due to the massive size of the papa.

Trying to plan for the puppy purchase? Asking pup price is $2,950. They will be born late May and ready to go home 8 weeks later. We do accept credit cards through PayPal.

Once born, there will be individual puppy pictures and videos updated on the website every week or so (we will post ultrasound pictures when we have access) and more puppy videos posted to our Facebook channel and under #AnvilKennels.
